AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Bums On Seats Tours:
Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Full refund if cancelled 48hrs before tour departure. If cancelled within 48hrs 25% will be kept as a booking fee.

Cancellations recieved with more than 30 days notice prior to departure incur no fee other than the tourstogo.com cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 14-29 day notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations received with 13 days or less days notice incur a 100% cancellation fee and will not receive a refund.

SeaLink Northern Territory:
More than 30 days before departure - nil fees
Between 7 and 30 days before departure - 50% of total cost
Less than 7 days before departure - 80% of total cost
Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost
Getaways SA:
Tour dates can be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to Tour start will receive a Refund, less a Cancellation Fee of $50.
