Fish Tales Charters:
If less than 36 hours from booking date no refund issued-100%cancellation fee.
36-48 hours from booking date 50% cancellation fee.
Over 48 hours no cancellation fee, except booking fee.
Cairns Dive Centre:
Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.
Wildlife Tours Australia:
Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours.
Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.
Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Mike Ball Dive Expeditions:
If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee.
If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.
Coral Sea Dreaming:
Cancellations more than 28 days prior to departure - 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellations from 7 days to 28 days prior to departure - 35% cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to departure and no-shows - 100% cancellation fee.
Should a trip be cancelled due to poor weather of mechanical breakdown, we will provide a full refund.
No refunds are offered if little or no sailing occurs.
Air Whitsunday - Whitsundays Seaplane:
100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.
