15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure.
50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure.
No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation.
Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.
AAT Kings:
Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges.
Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given.
Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.
Cairns Discovery Tours:
Cairns Discovery Tours reserve the right to alter or change any tour itinerary, but do so only in extreme circumstances due to adverse weather, unsuitable road conditions or operations needs and would do so with full consideratation of your interests.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:
Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on.
Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Captain Cook Cruises (WA):
Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers.
Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund.
Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued.
IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS'
All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Explore Australia will not be held responsible for guests failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to board on the day of tour, will result in 100% full fare forfeiture.
No changes can be made within 48 hours of departure; however, you can transfer your booking to another person, and we must be advised of the name change.
