Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge.
Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Cancellations
Standard day tour: If you cancel within 24 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 24-48 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies
For private tours and charters – If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 48-72 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies.
Change of date request is subject to availability and management discretion.
