Captain Cook Cruises:
All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Cancellations received inside 60 days of sailing will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates:
30-59 days; AUD$200.00 pp deposit.
within 15-29 days; 50% of fare.
14 days or less; 100% of fare.
no-shows at sailing; 100% of fare.
Cancellation fees, less the administration fee may be applied to another cruise if completed within 12 months of original booking.
Melbourne Small Group Tours:
Cancellations
Standard day tour: If you cancel within 24 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 24-48 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies
For private tours and charters – If you cancel within 48 hours prior to departure, including missed departure, 100% cancellation fee applies, if you cancel 48-72 hours prior to departure, 50% fee applies.
Change of date request is subject to availability and management discretion.
